1) Federal judge dismisses Airbnb’s lawsuit over New Orleans STR regulations

A federal judge dismissed Airbnb’s challenge to New Orleans’ short‑term rental rules, reinforcing the city’s authority to regulate platforms and operators — a decision other cities may cite as they tighten enforcement.
