Next NBSTRA “Members Only” Meeting (Online Only) Scheduled for December 2

We’re excited to invite our NBSTRA members to the next NBSTRA “Members Only” meeting on December 2, 2025, at 3 PM Pacific Time!

This meeting, which will be an online meeting only, will be our final meeting of the year. We will be reporting on the first year of success for NBSTRA as we worked to establish a new STR Alliance in Newport Beach. We’ve made tremendous progress in building out membership and establishing a working relationship with the City of Newport Beach.

We will also be discussing with members our priorities for the upcoming New Year. Now that we have established a dialog with the City , we want to hear from members on priorities of which issues we should be pressing with the City:

• Are you having problems with enforcement of parking or trash issues?

• Challenges with TOT rules?

• Or, alternatively, are you generally happy with how the City is running the STLP program.

Additionally, we want to hear other ways that we can make your membership more valuable.

• Would you like more networking opportunities with your fellow members?

• Access to discounts for vendors and suppliers of the goods and services you use to run your properties?

• Understand best practices on how you can build better relationship will full-time neighbors of your properties?

• Anything else we can help you with?
