NBSTRA Featured in Spectrum News Story on New City “Safety Enhancement” Ordinance.

Spectrum news recently ran a story on the new “Safety Enhancement” ordinance adopted by the Newport Beach City Council, and NBSTRA Executive Director was featured in the story from his testimony at the City Council meeting.

Flint made the point that the new ordinance set up the very real possibility that an STLP permit owner or manager could do everything right, end up with a bad actor guest, and receive a worse punishment than the guest who committed the actual violation.
