Hank Lambert of Arrival Getaways Joins the NBSTRA Board of Directors

We are excited to announce that Hank Lambert, Founder and CEO of Arrival Getaways, has joined the NBSTRA Board of Directors. Mr. Lambert will also serve as the Alliance’s Treasurer.

Hank Lambert is the Founder & CEO of Arrival Getaways and a committed advocate for balanced, responsible short-term rentals in Newport Beach. He leads a California–Mexico team managing premium homes that support local jobs while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previously, Hank built Vacasa’s business development across the U.S. Southwest and served as VP of Marketing & Operations at Revedy.

With more than 25 years in business development and operations, Hank specializes in property owner-centric service, regulatory compliance, and community engagement—priorities that align directly with NBSTRA’s mission to support residents, small businesses, and fair, transparent rules for hosts.

Newport Beach has been his family’s destination since 1986, but he won’t choose between Dad’s and Sugar ’n Spice—he supports both Balboa Bars with the same passion he brings to everything he does. Hank works to ensure short-term rentals enhance the coastal economy while protecting neighborhood character.

Hank has been a passionate advocate for the Alliance since joining a few months ago, and is excited to see the organization continue to grow.

We also want to thank Manal Anabi, for serving as a founding Board Member of the Alliance until other business obligations forced her to step down from the Board recently.
