City Sets Annual STR Permit Holders Meeting for September 8 - NBSTRA to Hold “Members Only” Briefing on September 3 to Prepare
As long-time STR permit holders in the City know, the Newport Beach Code Enforcement and Revenue Departments host an Annual Meeting for STR permit holders in which the City puts out information on how they think the STR program is going in the City.
This year’s Annual STR Permit Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 8 at 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Civic Center Community Room at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

Early Renewal Packet Access:
Attendees will receive their 2025 renewal packet prior to the general mailing scheduled for September 20th.

The City has not yet provided any details on the items, including the changes to the code, the fee updates, and the TOT information, but we will be asking for details ahead of the meeting so we can prepare.
In order to ensure all our members are ready for this meeting, NBSTRA will be holding a “Members Only” briefing for all our members on Wedneday, September 3, at noon at Malarky's Irish Pub, 3011 Newport Boulevard, Newport Beach.
